Described by Master Luthier Kermit Gray as "new tone meets old traditions." Made from a hand-select mahogany body, rosewood fingerboard, mahogany neck; each chosen to maximize sustain and give the instrument its uniquely-detailed tone. Equipped with a Sandburg SilkGlide neck having medium frets and inlaid position marker dots; high-end Schaller bridge, and the KVG Laboratories Orchestrion EMI-4-H humbucker pickups. Scale length is the traditional 25.5-inches.
